While this site is mostly dedicated to people we can’t forget about mans best friend the dog. I have been amazed at the amount of recalls that we have seen the last 6 months on dog food and the stir that this has caused. We spend billions each year to keep our pets fed and well. This is probably why we will see more Organic dog food coming onto the market. As more farmers cater to the organic food movement it only makes sense that pet food will follow. Many people feed their pets scraps from the table so this would be the next logical steps. I have not seen any data that organic food is better for you other then the fact that you leave out some of the pesticides.

Taking care of your dog is a year round responsibility. You should keep a detailed medical file on each pet to remind you when vaccines are due, when the last fecal sample was checked and what special seasonal events are required, such as a trip to the groomer or obedience training.
