This year has turned a new page in the use of promotional products in the health care industry. More specifically how pharmaceutical companies market to their customers through branded items like pens, pads, and other ancillary products. The industry has taken great steps to do away with pens and pads that it has provided to health care providers during the course of their interactions and gone to strictly patient education. This will only help to increase the clinical discussion and keep the interaction focused on the patient.
