Your health care is one thing that many companies must make sure is at the top of their list.
States like New York have introduced Healthy New York which is a state supported health care initiative’s for small business with 50 employees or less. The state has arranged with all the HMO’s (health maintenance organizations) to provide Healthy NY to those sole proprietors and small business owners the option for themselves and their employees. With programs like this may companies can stay competitive and help to attract top notch employees. This in turn helps to bring in more businesses to the state and provide a more healthy work force without providing a burden to the tax payers. This helps those that are living paycheck to paycheck and can now have affordable options for health care.
