Reducing Stress

In the fast paced world that we live controlling stress can be difficult and if not adequately managed can lead to additional health problems. The important thing is to identify your stress signals and then put in place practices to control or and reduce stress in your life. Some of the easier signs are tension headaches, backaches, tightness in the shoulders, or feeling anxious. Some of the simple things you can do are to take a few minutes of quite time with no interruptions, take a quick 20 minute nap, or some vigorous exercise.
