As the temperatures start to drop in the evening many people are firing up their fireplace and plugging in their electric blanket. This time of year in the NW is wonderful as the trees start to change and the crisp clean air let’s you know you live in a great place. This a good time to make sure that you are getting plenty of rest and drinking lots of liquids in order to help your body keep it’s immune system up. As the weather starts to change many people will catch colds and other flu type bugs because the big swing in temperatures and the fact that many people are run down.
