I was reading some reports on the benefits if a person does day dream and what this may mean to their health. During the work day this can be seen as slacking off and non-productive but actually what studies are showing is that these people can be more productive because this can a form of visualization. If have caught yourself day dreaming you will notice that there is a since of pleasure and you feel slightly more relaxed and energized. This can then translate into better performance and present more creative ideas. Some of the high end tech companies like Google and Facebook encourage their employees to take breaks and play at work so that they remain focused and do become more creative.
