Sleeping healthy

We were reading a interesting sleep study that shows that 1 in 4 Americans are sleep deprived. Not getting enough sleep can lead to many different health conditions like hypertension, high cholesterol, and depression. Not to mention the toll it takes on a persons social life and work life. There was a suggestion that people do not wear comfortable clothes to sleep which I am not sure that I follow. Women can have various chemise sleepwear and yet men have very limited attire.
